Term 5
This week in Silver Birch class we have been making rainforest animals for clay. We have also been learning about how some animals are camouflaged and next week in forest school we will be creating some camouflage insects in the forest. Therefore if you can help please sign up on the class timetable.
The children have also been writing fantastic stories, please come in and have a read. In our circle time this week we have been discussing what makes a good friend, the children have come up with some fantastic suggestions.
We had a fantastic time at Bristol Zoo!!
We had a chance to explore the entire zoo seeing a wide range of different animals and we even got to hold a hissing cockroach and touch a snake and stick insect.
Have a look at out wonderful pictures!
Thank you to all the volunteers who came with us.

This term our topic is the Rainforest. This week we took an imagination journey to the rainforest where we discovered many different types of animals and insects. We then decided to create a class map of the rainforest which you can see displayed in our classroom.
