Friday 15th November, 2019
With Ms Fletcher, we made a comet and in our English books, we explained how it was made. -Elsie
We played a game in PE to develop our Rugby skills. -Sam
In maths, we have investigated multiples and factors to work out the ages of different people! - Lexie and Storm
In Art, we have started to paint sheets that will be used to create our 3D model planets. -Daniah
Using our termly spellings, we learned to create wordsearches for our peers to complete. Some were really tricky! - Freya
In Science, we made a 2D Orrery of the Earth, Sun and Moon. This will be used to help us remember that the Earth takes 24 hours to spin on its axis, it takes a year to revolve around the sun, and the moon takes 28 days to rotate the Earth. - Ridwan and Teal.
Friday 8th November, 2019.
This week we have been learning multiplying and dividing by 10, 100, 1000 and 10,000. Some of us have even had answers with decimal numbers! - Joe
In RE, we have learned the meaning of Incarnation and The Messiah.- Freddie and Isabella
In our Earth and Space topic, we have been learning about the difference between the fact and opinions of Christopher Columbus and Neil Armstrong. We are also building on our knowledge about the Solar System and how night and day happen. - Flo
In relation to our topic, we used iPads to research the causes of earthquakes. - Madison
In PE, we created a balancing routine to music with our partners. - Freya

This term we are learning about Earth and space and will be sharing the book ‘Cosmic’ with the children.
PPA will be on a Wednesday morning and covered by Mrs.H and Mr.Germain.
PE days will remain on the same days, Mondays and Fridays. Please ensure your child has the correct kit consisting of a white t shirt, black shorts leggings or tracksuit bottoms and black daps or trainers.
